CNC MACHINING (Up to 9 Axis)

Sonju Industrial is a mid-to-complex manufacture of aerospace and firearm components. We are extremely competitive with solid turnarounds.  Our machining envelope is up to 64.0” long.  Our core machining envelope is a 30.0” cube. Our tolerance band is the “tenths”. We offer prototypes to high-production runs in aluminum, titanium, steel, copper, tungsten, and other metals just to name a few. We also have in-house engineering using Solid Works for CAD. We use Mastercam for all of our CAM programming. We are familiar with Model-Based-Definition and other CAD systems.

Sonju currently operates 3 shifts a day. Our 50,000 square facility is temperature controlled. We use Mitutoyo CMM’s (with scanning capabilities) including a Keyonce Scanning System for measuring complex profiles and control surfaces.  We work closely with our aerospace engineering counterparts to come up with solutions for complex problems.
